About the role

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with Vodafone Ireland’s SME Champion Strategy.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline of at least 3x annual sales target.
  • Identify and manage customer requirements for proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with Solution Sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver revenue targets.
  • Support marketing activities and events to drive engagement.
  • Respond to tender requests, coordinate internal stakeholders, and manage procurement processes.
  • Quote and negotiate pricing and credit terms, ensuring successful contract completion.
  • Report on sales performance and pipeline to the Inside Sales Manager.
  • Work on marketing-led initiatives to focus on key growth areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, service-driven industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of sales and project dynamics.
  • Consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a dynamic and flexible mindset.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and customer service orientation.
