About the role

  • Collaborate with project members and stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts and Business Change Management teams.
  • Design and develop end-user e-learning courses, quick reference guides, and bite-sized learning videos.
  • Create promotional videos for internal communication to support transformation initiatives.
  • Track and report progress on e-learning development, ensuring review and testing.
  • Maintain and update existing e-learning materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in e-learning development and delivery.
  • Explore innovative methods for online learning creation and delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experienced or interested in e-learning development and instructional design.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.
  • Proficient or willing to learn authoring tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), and Vyond.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and facilitation skills.
  • Basic project management experience and SAP knowledge are desirable.
