About the role

  • Take full end-to-end responsibility of paid media performance advertising, with a clear focus on performance-based, sales-driving reach and targeting activities via digital media advertising platforms
  • Lead paid biddable media advertising activities, including campaign and targeting strategies, KPIs and targets
  • Continuously monitor performance and identify and analyse deviating patterns to generate insights for optimisation
  • Constantly improve paid media technology stack; connect to Vodafone CRM, DMP and other data pools, ensure stable tracking
  • Drive breakthrough digital marketing innovation

Requirements

  • Matric and a 3 year Business related Degree or National Diploma essential
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Practical experience in implementing campaigns across platforms
  • Google, Meta and TikTok qualifications beneficial
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant experience essential in:
  • Digital media and channels
  • Paid biddable media platforms including product feeds and account automation tools
  • Driving commercial & operational targets for the digital media domain – sales, revenue, profitability, adoption of the products and services
  • Detailed understanding of paid advertising based on hands-on experience of managing campaigns through paid media platforms
  • Experience in managing digital media for large consumer facing brands
  • Creating strategic plans to win market share from competitors
  • Capable of working in a complex matrix organisation and able to build strong relationships and credibility with multiple levels both internally and externally
  • Established industry relationships with media partners – Google, Meta, TikTok, Adform etc.
