About the role

  • Produce reports within agreed deadlines and quality standards
  • Review and confirm requirements for new reporting capabilities
  • Agree delivery timelines with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the lifecycle
  • Develop and test reports, ensuring approval from requesters
  • Standardise deliverables, update configuration records, and promote reports into production
  • Manage scheduled report production and distribution in line with OLAs
  • Investigate and resolve issues with production reports
  • Work against defined SLAs and KPIs to ensure service excellence
  • Support team knowledge development and continuous service improvement
  • Review request intake, delivery, and operational reporting processes annually for optimisation

Requirements

  • Experienced in working within a multinational environment
  • Proficient in English (B2–C1 level)
  • Skilled in reporting using complex Excel and PowerPoint files, with ability to analyse and adjust data from multiple sources
  • Familiar with Power Query scripting and macros
  • Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence and data analysis
  • Excellent communicator, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Able to deliver flawless reports under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Customer-focused and responsive, with strong organisational skills
