About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications using Digital Route’s platform.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth operation of Mediation Zone in production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain system stability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, specifically in Mediation Zone application development and maintenance.
  • Proficient in working with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production setting.
  • Experienced in end-to-end SDLC processes.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exposure to Java and J2EE technologies is a plus.
