About the role
- deliver programmes and projects under Network Development and Infrastructure
- manage stakeholder management
- ensure the project is established, executed, and closed following the governance framework
- responsible for documentation of outputs
- manage handover of deliverables to operations
- ensure there is an effective Risk Mitigation and Issue management process in place
- clarify skill requirements of a Project and build a capable team
- define clear Roles & Responsibilities and reporting relationships
- manage delivery scope and resolve deviation
- provide accurate communication and reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
- strong understanding of network principles
- proven expertise in project governance and control mechanisms
- effective management of the project’s critical path and key milestones
- create and maintain detailed documentation such as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Dictionary
- negotiate with stakeholders
- facilitate completion review meetings to ensure programme governance is upheld
