About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Cloud and AI enablement programmes, managing timelines, risks, and resources.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Cloud and AI solutions, providing guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain architecture baselines and ensure documentation aligns with organisational standards.
  • Design scalable delivery strategies incorporating modern learning approaches and automation.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively, delivering presentations and reports to communicate progress and insights.
  • Monitor performance and optimise delivery processes using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Experienced in delivery management with strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI).
  • Skilled in project management across distributed teams and maintaining scalable documentation.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to align initiatives with long-term business goals.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Possesses 6+ years of experience in AI frameworks, NLP, model training, programming, API integrations, and containerised deployments.
  • Certified in cloud platforms and AI/ML technologies.
