About the role

  • Develop and maintain HTML emails, responsive landing pages, and microsites for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with account managers to translate complex customer requests into actionable projects.
  • Provide technical consultancy and coordinate with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Organise and lead weekly frontend meetings at the department level.
  • Create and execute unit, end-to-end, and UI testing.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend training opportunities for the team.
  • Support knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives across related areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HTML, React, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-value campaigns and websites.
  • Strong organisational skills with effective prioritisation and deadline management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Team player with strong influence and relationship management skills.
  • University degree (BA level) and experience in Agile software development.
  • Knowledge of programming design patterns (MVC, Singleton, Factory, etc.).
  • Experience implementing business logic for complex web applications with database connections or API handling.
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented code and build single-page applications.
  • Marketing automation software knowledge is a plus.
