About the role
- Translate functional and business Telco requirements into technical designs.
- Own solution design, configuration, and implementation across multiple teams.
- Define and configure interfaces for data exchange between services and front-end applications.
- Present high-level and technical designs to stakeholders and teams.
- Conduct initial defect analysis and manage incident handling in production.
- Review code and approve complex pull requests.
- Support Continuous Feature Breakdown, NFR Breakdown, and deployments across environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Java development, architecture, and design.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Expertise in creating reusable technical solution designs.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, GIT, Confluence, JIRA, and API management.
- Leadership experience with stakeholder management and SAFE Agile practices.
- Preferred: SAFe Agile and AWS certifications, Kafka, caching, relational DB experience, and Telco domain knowledge.
- Educational qualifications: B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc (Computer Science).
