About the role
- plays a crucial role in retaining and expanding VodafoneThree UK's market share
- centred on supporting account management of the VodafoneThree Business customer base
- identifying new revenue opportunities within the base through leads
- manage inbound and outbound customer calls to identify opportunities to build and retain customer business with VodafoneThree
- ensuring the needs of the customer and VodafoneThree are met
- driving NPS improvement through end-to-end customer experience
