About the role

  • Implementation of assigned acquisition projects for site acquisition, contract management, property administration and marketing
  • Independent creation and adherence to project and timeline plans as well as efficient resource planning
  • Responsibility for lease and usage agreements related to the construction and operation of telecommunications facilities
  • Ensuring legal validity and compliance with permitting guidelines while taking quality and cost-effectiveness requirements into account
  • Monitoring and acceptance of acquisition deliverables up to handover to the responsible specialist departments
  • Compliance with project- and technology-specific rollout budgets, considering economic, technical and legal framework conditions

Requirements

  • University degree in a technical or legal field
  • More than five years of experience in mobile site acquisition
  • Solid knowledge of real estate management and project management
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and other database/project-tracking tools
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as strong communication skills
