About the role

  • Develop new and expand existing DAS and Small Cell business opportunities by establishing new and strengthening existing customer relationships to support the strategic business plan of Vantage Towers Germany
  • Drive the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for DAS and Small Cell solutions to increase market penetration and expand the customer base
  • Lead the planning, design and delivery of DAS and Small Cell systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to specifications
  • Coordinate with engineering, site acquisition and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee technical site analyses, validate RF designs and optimize performance
  • Ensure compliance with German regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permits from local authorities
  • Prepare complex business cases and market analyses to support strategic decisions and long-term growth

Requirements

  • Degree in telecommunications, engineering or business administration (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
  • At least 6 years' experience in key account management, project delivery and strategic sales
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (minimum CEFR level C1)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven track record in selling and delivering wireless infrastructure solutions (ideally DAS and/or Small Cells)
