About the role
- As Store Manager own Stores (m/f/d), you are responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of the employees in your branch.
- You are responsible for coaching sales processes in the store and for passing on effective sales techniques to the team.
- You are responsible for performance management and thus for achieving the branch’s targets.
- You ensure orderly operations and the store’s external appearance, guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements, Vodafone retail guidelines, as well as inventory and cash handling policies.
- You initiate measures to improve customer satisfaction within the given guidelines.
- You analyze areas requiring action and proactively drive sustainable resolution.
- You initiate measures to increase customer satisfaction and develop sales-promoting initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business administration vocational training.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations — or alternatively a completed degree with at least 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience and aptitude for leading employees.
- Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Fluent German, spoken and written (C1 CEFR).
