About the role

  • Support the delivery of organizational effectiveness, workforce governance, and structured change execution initiatives across the business.
  • Provide analytical, coordination, and execution support to reorganizations, operating model changes, and workforce-related initiatives.
  • Track and report on headcount, workforce movements, and employment cost and other organizational effectiveness metrics.
  • Support HR and organizational projects, particularly those linked to change and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Business Partnering, PMO, or similar analytical roles
  • Experience working with data, dashboards, modelling, or HR reporting
  • Exposure to job architecture or job evaluation processes is an advantage
  • Experience in multinational or fast-paced corporate environments preferred
  • Strong Excel skills; exposure to HRIS systems.
  • Support organizational design and effectiveness reviews, including spans of control, layers, management ratios, and role clarity.
  • Prepare organizational diagnostics, org charts, and structure documentation.
  • Ensure approved organizational structures are accurately captured and maintained.
