About the role
- Coordinate delivery across agile squads, ensuring alignment with project milestones and readiness.
- Manage dependencies across workstreams, proactively resolving risks and removing obstacles.
- Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking for timely delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Maintain comprehensive status reports, escalation logs, decision records, and lessons learned.
- Lead workshops, prepare strategic planning documents, and implement process optimisation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-market projects with distributed teams.
- Strong skills in agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
- Ability to act as an escalation point and drive effective resolutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading large teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for enterprise projects.
- Consultancy or process improvement experience is highly desirable.
