About the role

  • Dedicate 10-12 hours weekly with flexible scheduling;
  • Participate in two 30-min weekly check-ins about the project;
  • Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account for 2+ accounts weekly across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook platforms;
  • Source, identify, and clip relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media platforms;
  • Craft platform-optimized captions and post copy that authentically represents each account's distinct voice;
  • Strategically leverage our comprehensive content database including stories, videos, photos, CapCut templates, and trending sounds;
  • Monitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates to continuously refine content approach;
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics and audience engagement patterns;
  • Work effectively with fellow Social Media Managers and Content leadership;
  • Contribute to cross-platform content initiatives and strategy discussions.
