About the role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of client social media programs
- Manage a dedicated team of social media managers while ensuring seamless program execution and client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary operational lead for client accounts
- Balance staff management, program logistics, client communication, and strategic guidance
- Lead and develop a team of strategists to execute social media programs
- Monitor content output and performance across client social media accounts
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture
- Manage program operations, including tracking budgets and hiring social media managers
- Produce comprehensive client-facing reports showcasing program performance
- Lead weekly client meetings and maintain proactive communication with clients
Requirements
- 4+ years of social media experience in agency or brand settings, including 2+ years in a management or program coordination role
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Proven track record of managing teams and client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social impact campaigns and purpose-driven brand initiatives
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies
- Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow optimization preferred
