About the role

  • Manage and track leads through the sales funnel, understanding their needs and monitoring performance;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on proposals;
  • Assist the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from prospective clients and identifying ways to improve conversion;
  • Respond to prospective clients via our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them;
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Investigative, curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Empathy to understand and guide clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in sales
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes in the role
  • Experience with SaaS (a plus);
  • Experience working in the construction industry (preferred)
