About the role
- Manage and track leads through the sales funnel, understanding their needs and monitoring performance;
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on proposals;
- Assist the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from prospective clients and identifying ways to improve conversion;
- Respond to prospective clients via our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them;
- Collaborate with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Investigative, curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Empathy to understand and guide clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in sales
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes in the role
- Experience with SaaS (a plus);
- Experience working in the construction industry (preferred)
