About the role
- Manage and track leads through the sales funnel, understanding their needs and monitoring performance
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on proposals
- Support the Marketing and Product teams by gathering feedback from prospective clients and identifying ways to improve conversion
- Respond to prospective clients via our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them
- Collaborate with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Investigative and curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Empathy to understand and advise clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in sales
- Ability to work well in a team and adaptability to changing responsibilities
- Experience with SaaS (a plus)
- Experience working in the construction industry (desirable)
