About the role

  • Manage and track leads through the sales funnel, understanding their needs and monitoring performance
  • Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on proposals
  • Support the Marketing and Product teams by gathering feedback from prospective clients and identifying ways to improve conversion
  • Respond to prospective clients via our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Investigative and curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Empathy to understand and advise clients
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in sales
  • Ability to work well in a team and adaptability to changing responsibilities
  • Experience with SaaS (a plus)
  • Experience working in the construction industry (desirable)
