About the role

  • Shape the future of financial wellbeing – close to strategy, execution and leadership impact

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, finance or a related field
  • Initial relevant professional experience (min. 2–3 years), ideally in consulting, FinTech or business/corporate development
  • Experience or interest in the insurance sector is an advantage
  • Structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Independent, reliable and team-oriented – you enjoy working closely with the leadership team
  • Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian are a plus
