About the role
- Shape the future of financial wellbeing – close to strategy, execution and leadership impact
- Coordination and follow-up of cross-functional projects and key initiatives
- Support in strategy implementation, governance and internal communication
- Preparation of pitch decks, decision papers and management presentations
- Analysis of markets, data and regulatory trends
- Further development of processes, reporting tools and workflows
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, finance or a related field
- Initial relevant professional experience (min. 2–3 years), ideally in consulting, FinTech or business/corporate development
- Experience or interest in the insurance sector is an advantage
- Structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented – you enjoy working closely with the leadership team
- Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian are a plus
