Business Development Rep

• Drive growth and partnerships that shape the future of financial wellbeing
• Develop go-to-market strategies for multiple sales channels (especially insurers, banks, brokers, pension funds, employers, and software providers in Switzerland) with a focus on scalable and repeatable sales processes
• Work closely with the CEO and CPO to bundle products and services for the respective sales channels
• Actively acquire new business opportunities and build vlot’s B2B customer base
• Responsible for the further development of sales tools, KPIs, monitoring and reporting in collaboration with Business Intelligence @vlot and the CEO
• Prepare sales pitches, presentations and demos for clients and prospects
• Support vlot’s market positioning with a clear B2B focus, including targeted campaigns, social media activities and network building within the insurance industry
• Conduct market analyses, competitive monitoring and preparatory work for potential international market entries

• As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work closely with our management team — at the interface of strategy, projects, and operational implementation
