About the role

  • Shape the future of financial wellbeing — closely involved in strategy, execution and leadership impact
  • As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work closely with our management team — at the interface of strategy, projects, and operational implementation
  • You ensure that good ideas become real results and directly contribute to vlot's development through your analyses, projects, and communication skills
  • Coordinate and track cross-functional projects and key initiatives
  • Support strategy implementation, governance, and internal communication
  • Prepare pitch decks, decision papers, and management presentations
  • Analyze markets, data, and regulatory trends
  • Improve processes, reporting tools, and workflows

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Initial relevant professional experience (min. 2–3 years), ideally in consulting, FinTech, or business/corporate development
  • Experience or interest in the insurance sector is an advantage
  • Structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Independent, reliable, and team-oriented — you enjoy working closely with the leadership team
  • Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian is a plus
