About the role
- Drive growth and partnerships that shape the future of financial wellbeing
- Develop go-to-market strategies for multiple sales channels (especially insurers, banks, brokers, pension funds, employers, and software providers in Switzerland) with a focus on scalable and repeatable sales processes
- Work closely with the CEO and CPO to bundle products and services for the respective sales channels
- Actively acquire new business opportunities and build vlot’s B2B customer base
- Responsible for the further development of sales tools, KPIs, monitoring and reporting in collaboration with Business Intelligence @vlot and the CEO
- Prepare sales pitches, presentations and demos for clients and prospects
- Support vlot’s market positioning with a clear B2B focus, including targeted campaigns, social media activities and network building within the insurance industry
- Conduct market analyses, competitive monitoring and preparatory work for potential international market entries
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or comparable qualification (FH / HWV)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services sector with proven success in sales, business development or product management (life insurance, brokerage, pension funds, asset management)
- Technical affinity (Fintech / InsurTech) and ideally experience in omnichannel sales (pension funds, brokers, tied agents)
- Understanding of the European insurance and financial market and interest in startups and digitalization
- Strong conceptual and presentation skills (especially PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday) and CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Swiss German and English; at least one additional language required (Italian, French or Spanish)
