Requirements
- 5+ years in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, investment advisory, luxury relationship-driven sales or similar industries.
- Proven success managing HNWIs and senior banking relationships.
- Strong familiarity with high-level client servicing standards.
- Proven track record in strategic business development, market expansion or leading commercial initiatives.
- Strong network within the Philippine financial services, private banking or luxury ecosystem.
- Experience managing and mentoring team members, with the ability to guide staff and contribute to building high-performing teams.
- Background in roles requiring significant autonomy, strategic planning and responsibility for revenue or partnership outcomes.
