Assist with invoice payment lifecycle for purchase orders created in the Central Office system.
Investigate and resolve issues in relation to customer accounts receivables.
Oversee import of inbound invoices and remediate any import failures.
Complete data entry and management of electronic invoices.
Resolve Invoiced Not Received (INR) line exceptions.
Work with supplier and customer to validate goods receipt to complete invoice match.
Resolve invoice cost line exceptions by following Inspirity pricing thresholds and policies.
Work with Data and Technology teams to fix root cause of invoice exception issues.
Follow up on Received Not Invoiced (RNI) purchase order lines with suppliers.
Review and manage vendor statements to ensure Inspirity and supplier are in sync with outstanding payables.
Pay cycle administration and releasing payments to suppliers for matched POs.
Process reconciliations and Accounts Receivable (AR) adjustments.

Requirements

Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable experience required.
Strong Excel skills required.
Experience working within ERP systems preferred.
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks desired.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
