About the role

  • Serves as the enterprise execution leader for the Data & Digital organization
  • Ensures that executive strategy translates into measurable business outcomes by driving governance, alignment, and delivery across the highest-priority initiatives
  • Operating as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and senior leadership
  • Provides structure to ambiguity, establishes execution discipline across the portfolio
  • Ensures enterprise initiatives progress from decision to durable results
  • Owns the integrated D&D initiative portfolio, maintaining a single, enterprise-wide view of priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and risk
  • Establishes and maintains governance frameworks that align strategic objectives with execution commitments
  • Leads end-to-end delivery of the organization’s most critical, cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • 10 to 15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution roles
  • Proven track record driving large, ambiguous initiatives to completion
  • Strong executive presence and comfort working directly with senior leaders
  • Ability to operate independently with limited direction with a strong bias toward action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience operating in matrixed or highly complex organizations
  • Background supporting large, enterprise transformations
  • Comfort navigating informal influence networks
  • Ability to challenge leaders constructively
