About the role
- Lead trust-based relationships with C-suite and senior client executives to drive strategic alignment and measurable value.
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client priorities and organizational objectives.
- Implement spend strategies that expand partnerships and improve client performance outcomes.
- Analyze data and insights to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into compelling executive-level narratives.
- Interpret financial performance metrics and business drivers to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Anticipate industry trends and guide clients through market shifts to support long-term success.
- Collaborate across internal teams to align solutions and resources around client needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen client relationships, cross-sell services, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required with a preference in healthcare supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships within complex, matrixed healthcare environments.
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to influence, facilitate, and communicate effectively with executive audiences.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
