About the role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with health system executive teams to facilitate collaboration and adoption of new products.
- Collaborate with internal teams and health systems to plan and execute the rollout of new products, ensuring alignment with client needs and timelines.
- Oversee the assessment of product performance within health systems, gathering data and feedback to inform our product roadmap.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term collaboration.
- Provide strategic insights into health system challenges, industry trends, and regulatory developments to guide company strategy.
- Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and drive success.
- Present regular updates on partnership status, product efficacy, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years in healthcare partnerships, leadership within a healthcare organization, or administration of a health system, with at least 10 years in a leadership position.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including hospital operations and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture executive-level relationships within the healthcare sector.
- Skilled in developing strategies that align partnerships with business objectives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Experienced in leading complex negotiations and securing favorable agreements.
- Proficient in evaluating data to assess product performance and inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational initiatives.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to transform healthcare delivery.
