About the role
- Collaborate with business and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements across one or more product areas.
- Develop and maintain user stories, product backlogs, and end-to-end product solutions with minimal oversight.
- Act as a primary owner of one or more interrelated product areas, providing functional leadership and product insight.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops to gather requirements and assess current-state processes.
- Propose alternate solutions and improvements to optimize functionality within the Dynamics platform.
- Conduct gap analyses, solution mapping, and traceability from business needs through feature delivery.
- Lead user story refinement ceremonies, support testing phases, and triage user acceptance issues.
- Executes functional testing of configured features and workflows to validate that requirements are met, partnering with QA and business users to ensure solution quality and usability
- Use platform interfaces to configure reports and filters as needed.
- Collaborate with other platform analysts to maintain consistency in business flow mapping, screens, and process design.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Leverage metrics and feedback loops to improve internal processes, backlog health, and delivery efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in platform analysis or business analysis roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including real-world implementations and upgrades.
- Strong ability to write detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for backlog management and iteration planning.
- Proven track record facilitating stakeholder engagement, uncovering root needs, and driving solution clarity.
- Proficient in Agile delivery methodologies and the full SDLC.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration efforts across product, engineering, and QA.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with the Dynamics 365 Operations module. Familiarity with Project Service Automation (PSA). Healthcare industry or healthcare consulting experience.
