About the role
- Manage, prioritize and continuously refine the Vivo App backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and maximizing customer value.
- Lead the evolution of Fintech products within the Vivo App, defining roadmaps, priorities and integrations, and ensuring secure, scalable, regulatory-compliant and customer-centered digital solutions.
- Work in an integrated way with multiple company areas and strategic partners, fostering continuous alignment and collaborative decision-making throughout the development cycle.
- Lead multidisciplinary squads, engaging, developing and guiding diverse professional profiles with a focus on high-quality delivery, operational efficiency and excellence in customer experience.
- Ensure planning, execution and tracking of requests and initiatives, guaranteeing predictability, on-time delivery and quality of outcomes.
- Monitor results using data; be responsible for defining KPIs, building dashboards and directing teams toward strategic priorities, promoting execution discipline and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong leadership mindset and negotiation skills to drive collaborative projects with confidence, transparency, respect, empathy and a focus on results.
- High adaptability to dynamic environments, with assertive decision-making in contexts of ambiguity and constant change.
- Customer experience orientation combined with a data-driven approach, using data as the basis for prioritization and strategic direction.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the product vision and align the interests of different stakeholders.
- Experience leading by influence in cross-functional teams, promoting effective collaboration across areas.
- Solid experience applying agile methodologies in project development and management.
- Ability to create and deliver executive presentations.
- Higher education completed preferred.
- Knowledge of Spanish and English.
