About the role
- Perform analyses of financial and operational indicators, identifying trends, deviations, risks and opportunities.
- Integrate information from multiple sources (commercial, financial, operational, products, channels, among others), ensuring conceptual and numerical consistency.
- Apply a critical and questioning perspective to the data, identifying inconsistencies, information gaps and possible distortions.
- Translate complex analyses into relevant, clear and actionable insights to support strategic and tactical business decisions.
- Develop exploratory and investigative analyses to answer unstructured questions from leadership.
- Prepare analytical and executive materials to support decision fora, with a focus on business impact.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in SQL for extracting, joining and processing data directly in databases
- Good understanding of financial and operational metrics, with the ability to connect them to business performance drivers
- Knowledge of statistical models applicable to analysis and hypothesis building is desirable
- Highly analytical profile, comfortable working with complex and unstructured data
- Critical and questioning mindset that validates data, challenges numbers and seeks consistency across sources
- Ability to translate deep analyses into relevant, clear and actionable insights
- Clear and objective communication, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- Capacity to work cross-functionally, influencing and aligning different areas
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
