About the role

  • Provide B2B customer service, managing and maintaining a portfolio of B2B clients and closing new deals through consultative selling;
  • Present Vivo's solutions portfolio and serve customers through digital channels (inside sales);
  • Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services;
  • Monitor channel and portfolio KPIs, analyze data and execute commercial actions to meet and exceed targets;
  • Track the sales pipeline, identifying blockers, backlogs and pending issues that could impact deal closures;
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports;
  • Handle critical situations, maintaining regular contact with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite to support commercial routines, controls and day-to-day analyses;
  • Commercial profile with the drive to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to understand clients' real needs;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality, responsibility for your portfolio and commitment to delivery;
  • Affinity for digital channels, interest in technology and innovation, with ease to learn and work with software and systems;
  • Organized, with planning and discipline; able to prioritize tasks, act with a sense of urgency and complete daily demands;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, questioning the status quo, proposing improvements and seeking new solutions;
  • Resilience to handle daily commercial challenges, learn from difficulties and turn obstacles into growth;
  • Proactive attitude, ambition and a drive to improve the status quo—going beyond basics, taking initiative to anticipate client demands and needs;
  • Relationship focus and digital empathy, putting the customer at the center, translating their needs into solutions while maintaining an ownership mindset;
  • Previous experience selling Telecom products is desirable: Mobile and Fixed Telephony, IT solutions, advanced technologies and value-added services — a plus;
