About the role

  • The professional will be responsible for commercializing advertising solutions and technologies in first-party data, working directly in the advertising market with sales of programmatic media, geolocation solutions, mobile media and experience projects;
  • Hunter profile (new-business focused);
  • Prospecting and relationship management with clients and advertising agencies, media buying desks, live marketing and other intermediaries;
  • Identify opportunities to open and generate new business;
  • Deep knowledge of the business product/service stack applied across the prospecting, briefing, sales and post-sales journey;
  • Build plans for business expansion with stakeholders;
  • Prepare presentations and commercial proposals, as well as negotiate contracts, pricing, timelines and follow-up;
  • Forecast sales status – pipeline;
  • Lead briefing meetings and the development of business and project initiatives;
  • Track OKRs;
  • Develop strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and deliver planning to the market;
  • Manage the client portfolio quantitatively and qualitatively;
  • Grow portfolio revenue, composed of diverse client profiles and maturing media revenue in the market;
  • Comply with best-practice requirements and maintain the business with responsibility.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in digital media, technology and media intelligence in mobile, programmatic and performance analysis, and content projects;
  • Must have an understanding of advertising solutions and business, with a focus on consultative selling and a hunter profile;
  • Preferred: established relationships in the advertising market and the ability to open business with trade partners;
  • Preferred: experience in the consumer journey and development of advertising business, focusing on consultative sales;
  • Preferred: knowledge of Google Analytics and creativity to design strategies and solutions for clients;
  • Must enjoy the sales process and developing the market;
  • Advanced English is desirable.
