About the role

  • Ensure development and maintenance of ServiceNow platform requests, raising maturity through the CoE (Center of Excellence) in line with listed responsibilities, with well-designed processes, strong governance, automation and performance metrics that support business priorities.
  • Define an integrated architecture across ITSM, ITOM and SecOps/SIR.
  • Ensure adherence to CSDM, CMDB and corporate standards.
  • Establish integration, security and data flow policies.
  • Manage the platform lifecycle and versioning.
  • The CoE defines best practices, patterns and development standards for all modules, such as ITSM, ITOM and SIR.

Requirements

  • Recommended CoE Certifications:
  • - CSA – Certified System Administrator
  • - CAD – Certified Application Developer
  • - CIS – ITSM
  • - CIS – ITOM (Discovery / Service Mapping / Event Management)
  • - CIS – SIR (Security Incident Response)
  • Strong mastery of GlideScript, Script Includes and integrations.
  • Hands-on expertise in operational automation and self-remediation.
  • Experience with infrastructure pipelines, AIOps and intelligent operations.
  • Ability to turn operational data into strategic insights.
