About the role

  • You will work directly in the servicing and development of B2B clients, providing consultative support, leading negotiations, and managing the entire commercial process to generate results.
  • On a day‑to‑day basis, your main activities will include:
  • Serving B2B clients, maintaining and growing a portfolio of business customers, and closing new deals through consultative selling;
  • Presenting Vivo’s solutions portfolio and supporting clients via digital channels (inside sales);
  • Selling Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technology and value‑added services;
  • Monitoring channel and portfolio KPIs, analyzing data and executing commercial actions to meet and exceed targets;
  • Tracking the sales pipeline, identifying blockers, backlogs and pending issues that could impact deal closures;
  • Preparing and maintaining daily sales reports;
  • Resolving critical situations through frequent contact with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office to support daily commercial routines, controls and analyses;
  • Commercial profile with drive to get things done, results orientation, consultative approach and active listening to understand the client’s real needs;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, responsibility for your portfolio and commitment to delivery;
  • Affinity with digital channels, interest in technology and innovation, and ease learning and using software and systems;
  • Strong organization, planning and discipline, with the ability to prioritize tasks, act with urgency and complete daily responsibilities;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, challenging the status quo, proposing improvements and seeking new solutions;
  • Resilience to handle the challenges of daily commercial work, learn from difficulties and turn obstacles into growth;
  • Initiative, ambition and a non‑conformist attitude, going beyond the basics and anticipating client needs;
  • Relationship focus and digital empathy, keeping the client at the center, translating needs into solutions and maintaining an ownership mindset.
  • Prior experience selling Telecom products is desirable: Mobile and Fixed Telephony, IT solutions, advanced technology and value‑added services (differential).
