About the role
- Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform using App Engine Studio, including workflows, forms and low-code integrations;
- Configure and optimize Playbooks in Workspaces (Agent Workspace and Employee Center) for guided service flows;
- Maintain ServiceNow instances (Yokohama version and later), applying updates and performance tuning;
- Collaborate with agile squads to deliver features, perform testing and provide second-level support;
- Support exploration of new modules (ITOM, SecOps) and participate in proofs of concept;
- Document solutions and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Requirements
- A completed degree in a technology field is a plus, such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related areas;
- Experience with ServiceNow, with exposure to Workspace, Playbooks or App Engine;
- ServiceNow CSA certification (completed or in progress);
- Knowledge of basic JavaScript scripting, Flow Designer and Service Portal.
