About the role
- Greet and screen customers on the sales floor.
- Identify customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Present/offer fixed-line (landline) services to all customers.
- Provide scheduled appointments.
- Deliver personalized service to high-value customers (Platinum and V), focusing on customer retention and excellence in service.
- Provide basic technology support: backups, email and social media configuration, and general device troubleshooting.
- Build customer loyalty and retention.
- Telemarketing.
- Explain Vivo programs and customer benefits.
- Encourage the use of digital platforms.
- Assist customers with downloading and first-time use of the Meu Vivo app in every interaction.
- Follow quality procedures.
- Receive, control and reconcile cash movements in your register and perform the cash closing.
- Correctly execute processes and procedures under your responsibility.
- Actively participate in training, both on educational platforms and in-person.
- Know the market and competitors.
- Properly execute document management processes.
- Comply with Anatel (Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency) regulations.
- In the absence of the receptionist, serve at the front desk and assist with issuing service tickets according to the rotation schedule in the store's monthly plan.
- May be occasionally assigned new responsibilities dedicated to campaigns, projects or product launches.
