About the role

  • In-person servicing of a client portfolio in the B2B segment, prospecting new business and presenting the product portfolio and customer service;
  • Sale of Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, Digital Services, IT (including advanced and value-added services);
  • Monitoring channel- and portfolio-specific indicators (KPIs); analyze, plan and execute activities to achieve sales and quality targets;
  • Monitoring the processing pipeline, identifying bottlenecks, backlog and pending issues that may prevent or impede a sale from completing;
  • Management of daily sales tracking reports;
  • Work to resolve critical situations through recurring client contact and partnership with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Required: experience in medium- and large-sized companies in the IT/Telecom market;
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and contract-closing experience;
  • Experience presenting to clients and executives;
  • Knowledge of MS Office and market CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.);
  • Comfortable learning and using software and systems;
  • Knowledge of IT solutions (Data Center, Security, Cloud Computing and IoT) is a plus;
  • Experience in the Agribusiness market is a plus;
  • Commercial profile: proactive, results-oriented and driven to make things happen;
  • Own vehicle and active driver’s license.
