About the role

  • Manage projects;
  • Act as a problem solver;

Requirements

  • Master agile practices and approaches (Lean, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Design Thinking…);
  • Previous experience as Project Manager / Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Product Owner;
  • Critical judgement to assess team maturity and propose improvements;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management;
  • Experience with the SAFe methodology;
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP;
  • English at least at a basic level.
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of the Telecom industry;
  • Experience forming agile teams;
  • Certifications PSM I / PSPO / CSM and/or KMP I / KMP II;
  • Knowledge of UX/UI concepts;
  • Experience with the JIRA tool.
