About the role
- Be the main point of contact between clients and the business
- Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned clients
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients
- Identify new revenue opportunities with clients
- Track and analyze key performance indicators
- Providing operational support for integration
- Offer consultancy such as technical advice and guidance
- Manage escalations and report on client status
Requirements
- Gaming experience is a must
- Previous experience within the online B2B industry as an Account Manager
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects
- Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain good business relationships
- Self-starter with highly developed social skills
- Ability to represent the company at events
- Travel will be required
- Ability to manage tasks and prioritize
- Performing good technical skills, handle bet limit, investigate technical issue, reproduce tests
- Problem solver with a proactive approach
- Cope with a fast-paced environment
- Strong drive for achieving targets
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, other languages are a plus
