About the role

  • Be the main point of contact between clients and the business
  • Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned clients
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients
  • Identify new revenue opportunities with clients
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators
  • Providing operational support for integration
  • Offer consultancy such as technical advice and guidance

Requirements

  • Gaming experience is a must
  • Previous experience within the online B2B industry as an Account Manager
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain good business relationships
  • Self-starter with highly developed social skills
  • Ability to represent the company at events
  • Travel will be required
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritize
  • Performing good technical skills, handle bet limit, investigate technical issue, reproduce tests
  • Problem solver with a proactive approach
  • Cope with a fast-paced environment
  • Strong drive for achieving targets
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, other languages are a plus
