About the role
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements
- Lead analysis for complex and integration-heavy initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and key stakeholders
- Take ownership of requirements throughout the full lifecycle
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support product rollouts and provide ongoing support and maintenance
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business / System Analyst or similar role
- Experience leading integrations or complex projects involving multiple systems, APIs, or services
- Confident SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Strong sense of ownership
- Experience working with synchronous and asynchronous flows
- Ability to read and understand JSON and proto files
- Strong visualization and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of project management principles and cross-team coordination
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
