About the role
- Draft and review contracts;
- Analyze legal risks and propose strategic solutions to mitigate them;
- Prepare legal opinions and reports to support internal decision-making;
- Provide preventive legal advice, guiding internal departments on applicable legislation;
- Participate in meetings with internal and external clients to ensure legal alignment;
- Monitor legislative and jurisprudential changes relevant to the business.
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Experience in legal practice, preferably in companies or law firms focused on corporate and contract law.
- Technical knowledge: Civil Law, Corporate Law, and Contract Law.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal management systems.
- English language skills desirable (basic to intermediate).
- Preferred/Plus: knowledge of corporate matters, including drafting corporate instruments and handling filing/protocol procedures.
