About the role

  • overseeing the** full-cycle recruitment process** for our tech teams, which includes sourcing and screening candidates, guiding them through interviews, managing job offers, and finalizing hires.
  • collaborating with hiring managers and leadership to identify hiring needs, develop job profiles, and make data-driven decisions.
  • building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline to address both current and future hiring needs by leveraging your network and conducting proactive outreach.
  • developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and attract top talent.
  • enhancing our employer brand by integrating branding initiatives into our sourcing strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • managing and optimizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance efficiency and transparency in our hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in **full-cycle Tech recruiting.**
  • a deep understanding of engineering roles and programming languages, with a passion for technology and digital innovation.
  • a strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams
  • you are highly organized, results-driven, and autonomous
  • fluency in English, allowing you to engage with candidates and teams seamlessly, German skills are beneficial
  • experience in a software product company will be an advantage.
