About the role
- Your main responsibility is building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
- You act as the central point of contact and first responder in the internal service team for assigned clients
- You guide and support new clients during the system implementation
- You are responsible for continuous account reviews and proactive communication with clients
- Liaising with and coordinating internal teams to resolve customer inquiries falls within your remit
- Ensuring the successful delivery and onboarding of our solutions for new customers is also part of your duties
- Together with our sales team, you identify and pursue additional opportunities
- You prepare management reports and analyses for annual review meetings
- Master data maintenance, handling complaints and processing customer requests are part of your daily responsibilities
Requirements
- You have completed commercial/business vocational training
- You bring several years of professional experience in customer support
- You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with CRM software
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Enjoy working independently and have a structured, sustainable approach to your work
