About the role

  • Your main responsibility is building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
  • You act as the central point of contact and first responder in the internal service team for assigned clients
  • You guide and support new clients during the system implementation
  • You are responsible for continuous account reviews and proactive communication with clients
  • Liaising with and coordinating internal teams to resolve customer inquiries falls within your remit
  • Ensuring the successful delivery and onboarding of our solutions for new customers is also part of your duties
  • Together with our sales team, you identify and pursue additional opportunities
  • You prepare management reports and analyses for annual review meetings
  • Master data maintenance, handling complaints and processing customer requests are part of your daily responsibilities

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial/business vocational training
  • You bring several years of professional experience in customer support
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with CRM software
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
  • Enjoy working independently and have a structured, sustainable approach to your work
