About the role
- Close collaboration with the founders and investors: You will support them in strategic decision-making and contribute your own ideas
- Independent projects: From initial planning to execution, you will take ownership of projects that drive the company forward
- Build structures & optimize processes: You will design and implement operational workflows that accelerate growth
- Support fundraising: You will plan and coordinate financing rounds, from sourcing investors to preparing pitch decks
- Scaling & team building: You will support the company’s growth by developing sales, recruiting new talent, and taking on product responsibility
Requirements
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT, or Real Estate Management) — ideally close to graduation
- Ideally, you have initial practical experience from internships in startups, consulting, finance, or real estate
- High level of initiative, analytical thinking, and teamwork
- Fluent German is required (at least C1)
