Software Engineer

• Develop an automation engine: design and implement end-to-end automations in areas such as accounting, invoice approvals, communications and property management — including monitoring, logging and error handling
• System architecture & tech stack: build a scalable, modular platform architecture (API-first, microservices, event-driven) that integrates ERP, CRM, document management and digital owner portals
• Interfaces & integrations: develop robust REST/GraphQL APIs, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), webhooks and integrations with third-party systems
• Develop AI models: build production-ready LLM and ML features (e.g., document classification, predictive maintenance, AI assistants) including prompt engineering, fine-tuning and deployment
• Cloud & infrastructure: build and operate a cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, databases (SQL/NoSQL), authentication and access control
• Product & tech strategy: work closely with the founders — you decide on architecture, tools and frameworks and set technical standards (clean code, testing, code reviews, DevOps processes)
