Account Executive

• Self-generate business opportunities and convert provided sales leads into customer appointments
• Close sales for payment card terminals and merchant acquiring services via digital and face-to-face contact
• Provide first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned to customer needs and act as a trusted partner
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through self-generated activities and provided leads
• Evaluate prospect data, build rapport and validate needs during in-person visits
• Obtain referrals from existing clients to maximise reach
• Prospect opportunistically via networking, digital prospection and area canvassing
• Present products/services effectively based on market and product knowledge
• Enter and update customer data and other information in the CRM system
• Undertake relevant training and promote team spirit and learning from colleagues

Field Sales Executive

• Exclusively working in the field visiting customers Monday to Friday;
• Self-generate business opportunities and convert provided sales leads into customer appointments through to closing sales for payment card terminals and related merchant acquiring services;
• Provide a first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned to customer needs and acting as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region;
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through self generated activities and sales leads provided;
• Evaluate prospect data and in-person validate current needs in relation to viva.com offerings;
• Obtain referrals from existing client base to maximise reach;
• Opportunistically look for new sales opportunities through networking, digital prospection and customer / area canvassing;
• Present products/services compellingly based on in-depth market and product knowledge;
• Close sales and enter/update customer data and other useful information in the CRM system;
• Undertake all relevant training and refresh training as relevant to the role;
• Promote a team spirit and learn from colleagues;
