About the role

  • Execute a daily route (psychiatric clinics, emergency departments of general hospitals, high‑referral psychiatrists, multidisciplinary clinics) — with documentation in the CRM
  • Map new physicians and maintain an up-to-date regional provider roster (contacts, preferences, objections, history, complaints, etc.)
  • Organize training meetings with physicians, their teams and clinics
  • Teach and activate the patient referral and follow-up workflow: ViV hotline, form/QR, eligibility criteria and required documentation
  • Record 100% of interactions (purpose of the visit, status, next steps) and monitor the funnel until outcome (admission or lost), engaging internal teams when necessary
  • Monitor individual KPIs: visits/day, number of active physicians, referrals from the portfolio, and medical relationship NPS
  • Work toward targets and deadlines with autonomy, organization and discipline; collaborate with internal teams to simplify processes and remove barriers to referrals

Requirements

  • Valid Category B driver's license and availability for daily travel throughout the Greater São Paulo metropolitan area (RMSP)
  • Proven experience in physician visits/medical detailing
  • Commercially “challenging” profile: initiates conversations with clinical‑operational insights, handles objections and secures next steps
  • Result-oriented and resilient under pressure
  • CRM organization and discipline (complete documentation and follow-up routines)
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • University degree (preferably in Health, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields)
  • Clinical experience with general hospitals/emergency departments and/or psychiatry (advantage)
  • Experience with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business (a plus)
