About the role
- Execute a daily route (psychiatric clinics, ERs of general hospitals, high‑referral psychiatrists, multidisciplinary clinics) – with entries recorded in the CRM
- Map new physicians and keep the regional portfolio updated (contacts, preferences, objections, history, complaints, etc.)
- Organize training meetings between physicians, their teams and clinics/offices
- Teach and activate the patient referral and follow‑up flow: ViV hotline, form/QR, criteria and required documentation
- Record 100% of interactions (visit objective, status, next steps) and follow the funnel through to outcome (admission or loss), engaging internal company areas when necessary
- Monitor individual KPIs: visits/day, number of active physicians, referrals from the portfolio and medical‑relationship NPS
- Operate under targets and deadlines with autonomy, organization and discipline; collaborate with internal teams to simplify the process and remove barriers to referrals
Requirements
- Valid CNH category B (Brazilian driver's license) and availability for daily travel within the São Paulo Metropolitan Region (RMSP)
- Proven experience in medical detailing/physician visitation
- “Challenger” commercial profile: initiates conversations with clinical‑operational insights, masters objections and closes next steps
- Results‑oriented and resilient under pressure
- CRM discipline and organization (complete records and follow‑up routines)
- Basic to intermediate MS Office skills
- Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Health, Business Administration, Marketing or related areas)
- Clinical experience with general hospitals/ER and/or psychiatry (advantage)
- Experience with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business (advantage)
- Participation in medical events (organization/execution) (advantage)
