Requirements

  • Previous experience at a health or benefits brokerage, with strong knowledge of quoting, implementation, and post-sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret commercial data to propose strategic solutions to clients.
  • Close, consultative relationships with health insurers, corporate clients, and internal teams.
  • Organized and with an ownership mindset to manage the full commercial cycle — from prospecting to account maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to ensure a differentiated experience for corporate clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Relationship, Product, and Placement teams.
